Aaron Brodsky is a Level 1 CrossFit™ Instructor with an extensive athletic history encompassing multiple sports. He first discovered Functional Fitness In 2011 and has been hooked ever since. Aaron utilizes physical training as a way to break down barriers both mental and physical, but takes more pride in helping others break down theirs. He is an active competitor in the USA Powerlifting Organization.
Gerry Reyes is a Level 2 CrossFit™ Instructor. He brings a wealth of knowledge and coaching credential with him from his 20 years of experience. His enthusiasm and knack for cueing all different types of athletes is what makes everybody feel right at home. He is a human workout log and will remember every personal record you ever set. Gerry competes in local functional fitness events, with his eyes on qualifying for the CrossFit© Games as a Masters competitor.
Al is a CrossFit™ Level 1 Instructor that began his Fitness journey looking for something different. He played high school sports and had always tried to stay active and fit. The hours at the local gym, info commercial fitness programs were just not keeping him interested. Training has not only provided the intensity and fitness results, but the incredible camaraderie and community that inherently comes with this experience has kept him coming back.
Brittany Brodsky is a Level 1 CrossFit™ Instructor that discovered her passion for functional fitness in 2013. Like many others she quickly felt her calling and wanted to share it with others. Her passion for helping others obtain their goals has led her to being Operation’s Manager and Coach for Daily Grynde. Brittany’s compassionate yet fiery personality wakes up the early morning athletes to kick start their day. Personal records bring out her emotional side as hugs and a tears often accompany new milestones.
