100 AIR SQUATS
100 FEET BURPEE BROAD JUMP

WORKOUT 5:

15 MINUTE AMRAP
15 PUSHUPS
15 BOX JUMPS 
* IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A BOX, FIND A BENCH OR SOMETHING STURDY AT ABOUT KNEE HEIGHT
